The interview

How to maintain your Askha jewelry?

ASKHA jewelry is made from stainless steel or 925 sterling silver. Some of our jewelry is then gilded with fine 24-carat gold or rhodium-plated silver* 1 micron for silver jewelry.

*Rhodium plating silver is a plating process used in jewelry which consists of electrolytically covering a piece of 925 sterling silver jewelry with rhodium to maintain or restore the dazzling appearance of the jewelry.

We also have a range of stainless steel jewelry: Stainless steel is a metal known for its strength, its shine remains constant over time. This metal does not tarnish. It is stainless, water resistant.

Can I go underwater with my jewelry?

All 925 sterling silver or stainless steel jewelry purchased from ASKHA is water resistant and should not tarnish over time.

Our jewelry is also water resistant and perfect to accompany you through the summer seasons!

Our ASKHA jewelry gilded with fine gold is also made from 925 sterling silver. To ensure that the gold plating does not damage, do not expose the jewelry to water, perfumes, alcohol or any other substance. If exposed to any of the above, gold plating will tarnish and turn silver.

How do I clean my jewelry?

To clean your jewelry, lukewarm water, soap and a soft cloth are generally sufficient for maintenance. You can also use toothpaste for stainless steel and 925 sterling silver. Above all, make sure to dry your jewelry carefully and gently.

To take good care of your ASKHA jewelry, we advise you to store them in their original pouch when you are not wearing them.
COVID 19: Be careful, the hydro-alcoholic gel eats away the veneer, take care of yourself but also of your jewelry!
